【单身老人患上胰脏癌， 不治离世】
陈振光先生（78岁）多年来一直都是身体状态正常的单身男士，尽管他没有孩子和亲人，但由于身体并无任何的大碍，因此多年来他都能自力更生地照顾自己。然而，直至今年的年中，他经常出现腹痛和呕吐，后来才得知他已经患上了胰脏癌。
在抗癌期间，陈先生一直努力到处寻找不同的医生治疗，从未放弃自己。然而，由于因为四处奔波的原因，他的身体也越来越虚弱，病况也每况愈下。后来，他甚至都无法自力更生，也没有办法独自前往医院诊断，只能额外请电召车载他看医生。
他曾经尝试过联系亲戚朋友们寻求帮助，但无奈亲戚朋友们都以各种理由推脱，无法实际性地给到他帮助。因此，他唯有努力坚强地靠自己抗癌。而积蓄也因为这样逐渐见底。后来，因为经济状况越来越不好，身体也越来越瘦弱，他的意志力最终非常虚弱，直到前阵子他在家遗憾离开了这个世界。
英雄医疗慈善协会在了解他的背景后，于是决定为他施棺众筹并且完成他最后的身后事，好让他在另一个世界可以安详无恙。在此，愿各界热心人士能伸出援手，随缘乐捐、布施棺木丧礼给予这位往生者，完成逝者人生最后的旅途，让其圆满身后事并得到安息、早登极乐。

【Single Old Man Suffered From Pancreatic Cancer And Passed Away】
Mr Tan Chin Kong (aged 78) has been a single man in normal physical condition for many years. Although he has no children or families, he has been able to take care of himself for many years because he has no major physical problems. However, by the middle of this year, he always had abdominal pain and vomiting, and later recognized that he had pancreatic cancer.
During the anti-cancer period, Mr Tan has been trying to find different doctors everywhere to treat. However, his body is becoming weaker and his condition is getting worse. Later, he could not even support himself, nor could he go to the hospital alone, so he had to take grab car to the hospital.
He has tried to contact relatives and friends for help, but everyone does not actually give him help. Therefore, he had no choice but to fight cancer by himself. Later, his savings are gradually bottoming out. Due to the economic situation getting worse and his health not improving, his willpower eventually became very weak, until he finally passed away at home.
After knowing the conditions and details, Hero Medical Charity Society (HMCS) decided to crowdfund for him and assist in the completion of the funeral. We implore everyone to lend a helping hand to Mr Tan and donate for the funeral and coffin, to complete the last journey of his life, and wish him rest in peace.
