林耀福（72岁）是一位在怡保漂泊多年的华裔流浪汉。根据知情人士透露，他在年轻的时候就经常在城市里的每个角落出现，直到现今。据说，他没有任何的家人和孩子，多年来一直都是独自一人到处生活。
平时，他三餐不定，也没有足够的钱去买食物吃，更加没有一个固定的居住地点。他甚至没有任何朋友，也没有人认识他。因此，在人生的最后一站里，他的身边并没有人送他最后一程，只有自己孤独地离开了这个世界。
根据医院的调查报告显示，林先生是胃及十二指肠溃疡去世的。对于一个毫无经济能力的流浪汉来说，也许是因为平日只要能填饱肚子，不管是什么食物都会照吃不误，因此相信他应该是日常的饮食习惯不佳，没有任何的健康意识，所以最后导致他在72岁的年纪去世了。
英雄医疗慈善协会在了解这位往生者的背景后，于是决定为他施棺众筹并且完成他最后的身后事，好让他在另一个世界可以安详无恙。在此，愿各界热心人士能伸出援手，随缘乐捐、布施棺木丧礼给予这位往生者，完成逝者人生最后的旅途，让其圆满身后事并得到安息、早登极乐。

【Homeless Man Passes Away Alone, Public Appeal for Assistance with Funeral Arrangements】
Coffin & Funeral Case No 1035:
Lip Yow Fook (72 years old) is a Chinese descent homeless man who had been wandering around Ipoh for many years. According to sources close to him, he had been a familiar presence in every corner of the city since his younger days, and this continued until his recent passing. It is said that he had no known family members or children, and he had been living a solitary life all these years.
In his daily life, he often went without regular meals, lacking the means to purchase food, let alone having a fixed place to reside. He didn’t have any friends, and very few people recognized him. Therefore, as he embarked on his final journey, he had no one by his side to bid him farewell – he left this world in solitude.
The hospital’s investigation report revealed that Mr. Lip succumbed to complications from gastric and duodenal ulcers. For a homeless man with no financial means, it’s possible that his habit of consuming whatever food was available to fill his stomach, without regard for its nutritional value, contributed to his poor health. He seemed to lack any awareness of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and this ultimately led to his passing at the age of 72.
After we knew all the information, our Hero Medical Charity Society (HMCS) decided to crowdfund for him and assist in the completion of his funeral. We implore all kind-hearted people to lend a helping hand to the late Mr Lip, donate for the funeral and coffin, to complete the last journey of his life, and wish him rest in peace.
