Coffin & Funeral Case No 1024:

Maung Sin Shwe (39 y/o), who come from Myanmar, just like other foreign worker, he also came to Malaysia to work. However, he passed away recently in Chemor, Perak. He was a worker in a farm and lived in a small iron hut near it. He was found lifeless in the hut by his friend.

According to the hospital medical report, Maung Sin Shwe passed away because of pulmonary edema. In general, pulmonary edema is caused by heart failure. Pressure increases in the heart when the lower left chamber of the heart (the left ventricle) is unable to adequately pump blood from the lungs due to illness or overwork. The increased pressure pushes blood through the walls of the blood vessels and into the alveoli, causing heart failure and eventually pulmonary edema. Hence, it is estimated that the root cause of his death was overworking.

Maung Sin Shwe, who passed away in our country, don’t have a lot of friends and his finance is poor, and his boss also missing now. Hence, our Hero Medical Charity Society (HMCS) decided to crowdfund for him and assist in the completion of his funeral.

We implore all kind-hearted people to lend a helping hand to the late Maung Sin Shwe, donate for the funeral and coffin, to complete the last journey of his life, and wish him rest in peace.

来自缅甸的Maung Sin Shwe（39岁）和其他外劳一样，选择来到马来西亚打拼努力，可是前阵子在霹雳朱毛客死异乡，离开了这个世界。他生前是一位菜园里面的农工，并且住在菜园旁边的小铁屋里。被朋友发现的时候，他已经在小铁屋里没有生命迹象了。

根据医院的调查报告显示，Maung Sin Shwe去世的原因是因为肺部水肿。在大多数情况下，肺水肿是由心力衰竭所致。当左下心腔（左心室）因患病或过度劳累无法将来自肺部的血液充分泵出时，心脏内的压力会增加。压力增加将促使血液通过血管壁进入肺泡而引起心力衰竭，最终导致肺水肿。因此，他逝世的根本原因估计是是因为工作劳累过度。

客死异乡的Maung Sin Shwe在马来西亚朋友不多，经济能力也不好，加上目前他的老板也不知所踪，因此我们英雄医疗慈善协会（HMCS）决定为他众筹并完成他最后的身后事。
