Grandma Chin Ah Thye, aged 78, was a strong and kind woman. In her final days, she was bedridden due to age and illness, and has now peacefully passed on.

Though her life has ended, her story leaves us in tears.

Her life was filled with hardship. Having lost her husband many years ago, she had no close family left—only her devoted son, who sold coconuts by the roadside to support them.

To care for his aging mother, her son gave up the chance for higher-paying jobs and instead chose to brave the scorching sun daily, running his humble street stall to earn just enough for food and medicine.

Their lives were simple, but overflowing with the purest bond between mother and son.

Grandma Chin lived a life of poverty, but she was hardworking and kind.

In the end, there were no flowers, no family members by her side, and no savings left behind—only a grieving son.

After learning of their situation, we at the Hero Medical Charity Society (HMCS) decided to step in and help her complete the final journey of her life.

But our resources are limited, and we need your help to raise the basic funeral costs so she may rest in peace, and her son may say goodbye with dignity.

陈亚太婆婆，78岁，一位坚强又善良的老人家，在人生的最后阶段因年老体衰、生病卧床，最终于日前静静地离开了人世……

她的生命虽已走到尽头，但她的故事却令人泪流满面。

婆婆的一生，充满艰辛。婆婆的丈夫在早年已经离开人世无亲无故的她，唯一陪伴她走过漫长岁月的，是她那在路边卖椰子的儿子。

为了照顾年迈的母亲，儿子放弃了更高收入的机会，选择每天顶着烈日，在街头摆摊，只为能赚到一点点微薄的收入，给母亲买饭、买药。他们的生活极其简单，却也充满母子之间最深沉的爱。

婆婆一生清贫，却也勤劳善良；她走的时候，没有鲜花、没有亲人送行，更没有留下一笔存款，只留下了一个悲痛欲绝的儿子……

在得知他们的情况后，我们“英雄医疗慈善协会”决定挺身而出，协助婆婆完成她人生最后的旅程。
