Coffin & Funeral Case 1007 : Mr Chong Chiang
Coffin & Funeral Case No.1007 : The Late Mr Chong Chik Chiang (62y/o) was unfortunately passed away due to illness.
Medical report shows that late Mr Chong was passed away due to pulmonary edema. He is single and without any children, he was be placed at an old folks home. However, Mr Chong’s condition deteriorated, hence his niece decided to bring him home and take care of him by herself.
It is not easy to take care of a sick patient, and all the medical expenses has fall on his niece’s shoulders. But his niece is also came from a impoverished family, she can’t afford the funeral expenses of her uncle anymore, therefore entrusted Hero Medical & Charity Society to assist the funeral.
We implore all kind-hearted to lend a helping hand to Late Mr Chong, donate for the funeral and coffin, to complete the last journey of his life, and wish him rest in peace.
Hero Medical & Charity Society will hold a funeral ceremony for Late Mr Chong on 23th November 2022 at hall (E) in Jelutong Funeral Hall, and cremation will take place on 27th November 2022. The ashes will then be placed in Eternal Memorial Garden Melaka.

施棺编号 1007 : 已故钟志强先生（62岁）不幸因病逝世。
跟据医药报告显示，钟老先生是因肺积水而离世。他生前是一名单身人士，膝下无子无女，年迈后被安顿在老人院。但前阵子他突然病情恶化，侄女得知后便将他带回家中自行照料。
照顾病重的老人家需要很多的时间精力，复诊看病的开销更是沉沉地落在了侄女的肩膀上。但侄女亦是出自清寒家庭，如今实在负担不了叔叔的身后事费用，故此委托英雄医疗慈善协会（HMCS）协助完成丧礼。
愿各界热心人士能伸出援手，随缘乐捐、布施棺木丧礼予这位往生者，完成逝者人生最后的旅途，让其圆满身后事并得到安息、早登极乐。
英雄医疗慈善协会将在2022年11月23日于日落洞殡仪馆（E）房为已故钟先生举行超度仪式，并在2022年11月27日进行出殡火化，随后骨灰将安放于马六甲富恩园。
