【单身中年男子独自离世】
来自霹雳州的乐黎华先生是一名无亲无故的单身男子。在生前，由于教育程度不高，本身也不善言辞，因此多年来他在工作氛围里都饱受打压，收入也十分微博。由于一心只想着脚踏实地地努力赚钱，因此他十分勤于工作，导致身子越来越不好。
后来，当迈入中年的阶段时，他甚至开始患有心脏病，血压高及胆固醇高等等的健康问题。在工作中，他经常出现频繁头晕，呼吸困难，心律不正常等等的症状。然而，由于一心只忙于工作，加上为了避免花费太多治疗开销，他长期无视这些症状，久而久之身体也越来越不健康。
在逝世的前几天，他发现自己的身体已经严重不舒服，于是勤劳的他无奈之下决定在家休息几天。然而，也就在这几天内，他孤独地离开了这个世界。据知情人士透露，他是被上门探访的友人发现后，才被安排送往医院检查。
英雄医疗慈善协会在了解这位往生者的背景后，于是先决定为他处理身后事的同时，也替他寻找家人或朋友帮忙处理身后事的详情。然而，过了将近一个月，我们却没有办法找到任何认识他的家人和朋友。最终，在没办法的情况下，我们唯有为他举办施棺众筹，以便解决他的身后事费用。
在此，愿各界热心人士能伸出援手，随缘乐捐、布施棺木丧礼给予这位往生者，完成逝者人生最后的旅途，让其圆满身后事并得到安息、早登极乐。

Coffin & Funeral Case No 1045：
【Single Middle-Aged Man Passes Away Alone】
Mr Lock Lai Wah from Perak is a single man with no family. Prior to his passing, he had endured years of stress due to his low level of education and limited language proficiency, and also let his income very low. Due to he only wanted to work hard to make money, he was very diligent in his work, which led to his health becoming worse and worse.
Later, as he reached middle age, he even began to suffer from heart problems, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. He often has dizziness, difficulty breathing and abnormal heart rhythm. However, because he was so busy with his work, and to avoid spending too much on treatment, he ignored the symptoms for a long time.
A few days before his death, he found that his body had been seriously unwell, so he decided to rest at home for a few days. However, he passed away in a few days. According to sources, he was found by visiting friends and was sent to the hospital.
After understanding the background of the deceased, we first arranged for him to proceed the funeral, and also found family members or friends for him to help deal with the details of the funeral. However, after nearly a month, we were unable to find any family or friends who knew him. In the end, when there was no other way, we decided to organize crowdfunding for his coffin and funeral to solve the expenses.
We implore everyone to lend a helping hand to the late Mr Lock, donate for the funeral and coffin, to complete the last journey of his life, and wish him rest in peace.
