【男子不敌病魔，遗憾英年早逝】
車毅立先生（44岁）是一位体弱多病的男子，多年来他身体的健康状态都很不乐观。早前，他身体里的各种器官都开始出现了衰竭的状态，日常生活过得十分痛苦，经常需要出入医院，根本没法工作。
后来，他身体里的器官更加严重化，心脏功能也十分衰弱，根本没有办法好好过一个正常人的生活，只能无助地缩在角落默默承受病痛的折磨。尽管一切病况和症状对于車先生来说是很艰难的，然而他却依然努力乐观地过好每一天，积极地去医院接受各种治疗和咨询。
不幸的是，在八月份的时候，車先生最终依然没有办法战胜病魔，仅在44岁的年纪就带着遗憾和痛苦离开了这个世界。由于身体里的器官功能都十分衰弱，因此临终前他所承受的压迫、疼痛、挤压和无助感，可想而知是一般人无法体会和了解的痛苦。
車先生的亲人朋友不多，经济能力都十分有限，因此他的身后事费用属实没办法好好负担。英雄医疗慈善协会在了解这位往生者的背景后，于是决定为他施棺众筹并且完成他最后的身后事，好让他在另一个世界可以安详无恙。在此，愿各界热心人士能伸出援手，随缘乐捐、布施棺木丧礼给予这位往生者，完成逝者人生最后的旅途，让其圆满身后事并得到安息、早登极乐。

Coffin & Funeral Case No 1037:
【 Man succumbs to illness, leaving this world prematurely with regret. 】
Mr. Che Yeak Lee aged 44, was a man plagued by numerous health issues throughout his life. Over the years, his physical well-being remained bleak. His various organs began to fail, leading to a life filled with excruciating pain, frequent hospital visits, and an inability to work.
As time passed, his organ conditions weakened significantly. He could no longer lead a normal life. He was helpless and silently enduring the torment of his illness. Despite Mr Che faced a lot of difficulties and suffering, he continued to strive to make the best of each day, actively seeking medical treatments and advice.
Unfortunately, Mr. Che was unable to overcome the diseases and passed away in August. Given the severe weakness of his organ functions, the anguish, pain, and helplessness he experienced in his final moments were beyond the comprehension of most. Hence, he was very difficult in his last journey of life.
Mr. Che only had few relatives and friends, and their financial resources were very limited. They can’t provide him with a proper funeral. Hence, our Hero Medical Charity Society (HMCS) decided to crowdfund for him and assist in the completion of his funeral. We implore all kind-hearted people to lend a helping hand to the late Mr Che, donate for the funeral and coffin, to complete the last journey of his life, and wish him rest in peace.
