Coffin & Funeral Case No 1028:
Mr Wong Choong Lam (55 y/o) is a Chinese homeless man. According to the source, he has no family or children of his own and has been wandering and drifting alone for many years. Every day, he had no regular meals, no fixed place to live, and no one knew him.In the last station of life, he did not even have any relatives and friends to send him the last journey, only he left this world alone.
According to the hospital’s report, Mr. Wong died of deconditioning secondary to right MCA infarct. For a homeless person who has no financial means, as long as he can fill his stomach, he will eat no matter what kind of food. Hence, the doctors determined that maybe Mr. Wong’s daily eating habits are not good and don’t have any health awareness, and he has been living in a bad street environment for a long time, so he finally died at the age of 55.
After we knew all the information, our Hero Medical Charity Society (HMCS) decided to crowdfund for him and assist in the completion of his funeral. We implore all kind-hearted people to lend a helping hand to the late Mr Wong, donate for the funeral and coffin, to complete the last journey of his life, and wish him rest in peace.

黄中蓝先生（55岁）是一位华裔流浪者。根据知情人士透露，他本身没有任何的家人和孩子，多年来一直都是独自一人到处流浪和漂泊。在平常的日子里，他三餐不定，没有一个固定的居住地点，也没有任何人认识他。在人生的最后一站里，他甚至也没有任何亲人朋友送他最后一程，只有自己孤独地离开了这个世界。
根据医院的调查报告显示，黄先生是栓塞性脑梗塞去世的。对于一个毫无经济能力的流浪者来说，只要平日能填饱肚子，不管是什么食物都会照吃不误，因此相信黄先生应该是日常的饮食习惯不佳，没有任何健康意识，再加上长期都在恶劣的街边环境留宿，所以最后导致他在仅55岁的年纪去世了。
英雄医疗慈善协会在了解这位往生者的背景后，于是决定为他施棺众筹并且完成他最后的身后事，好让他在另一个世界可以安详无恙。在此，愿各界热心人士能伸出援手，随缘乐捐、布施棺木丧礼给予这位往生者，完成逝者人生最后的旅途，让其圆满身后事并得到安息、早登极乐。
