Coffin & Funeral Case No. 1017 :

HMCS urgently received a bad news… the late Mr. Chong Chow Foong passed away at the age of 82 at 8:25 in the morning… the place is located in Ampang…

On the day of his death, it was his nephew who provided the information. According to the hospital test report, we also learned that Mr. Chong Chow Foong passed away reason because he was suffering from the fourth stage of prostate cancer… What pain did he go through during that time… And his nephew works as a driver, and the relatives around him are also in financial difficulties… So he had to entrust our Hero Medical Charity Society (HMCS) to assist in the completion of his uncle’s funeral.

We implore all kind-hearted people to lend a helping hand to the late Chong Chow Foong， donate for the funeral and coffin, to complete the last journey of his life, and wish him rest in peace.

HMCS紧急收到了一则不好的消息…已故张昭洪先生享年 (82岁) 在早上8点25分… 地点位于安邦往生了…

而在过世的那一天是他侄子所提供讯息，通过医院检测报告显示也让我们了解到张昭洪先生死于他患有前列腺癌症第四期…在那段时间里他经历的又是什么痛苦… 而他侄子工作是一名司机，身边的亲人经济也十分困难… 所以他只好委托我们英雄医疗慈善协会（HMCS）来协助完成他叔叔的身后事。

愿各界热心人士能伸出援手，随缘乐捐、布施棺木丧礼给予这位往生者，完成逝者人生最后的旅途，让其圆满身后事并得到安息、早登极乐。
