Coffin & Funeral Case No.1010 : MR KWEK OWEE LAI
The Late Mr Kwek Owee Lai (70y/o) was unfortunately passed away due to illness.
Medical report shows that late Mr Kwek was passed away due to advanced bladder carcinoma. Unfortunately he was death when he was found by a passing . He is single and without any children. The body was unclaimed at the mortuary and therefore the nearby residents contacted Hero Medical & Charity Society to crowdfund for the funeral of the late Mr.Kwek.
We implore all kind-hearted to lend a helping hand to The Late Mr Kwek, donate for the funeral and coffin, to complete the last journey of his life, and wish him rest in peace.
Hero Medical & Charity Society will hold a funeral ceremony for The Late Mr Kwek on 20th December 2022 and cremation will take place on 22th December 2022.

施棺编号 1010 : 已故郭老先生（70岁）不幸因病逝世。
根据医药报告显示是因膀胱癌暴毙而离世。他生前是一名单身老汉，膝下无子女。在12月21日因晕倒在地 被路过的居民发现时已经暴毙身亡。附近的居民只好委托我们英雄医疗慈善协会（HMCS）协助完成郭老先生的身后事。�
愿各界热心人士能伸出援手，随缘乐捐、布施棺木丧礼予这位往生者，完成逝者人生最后的旅途，让其圆满身后事并得到安息、早登极乐。
英雄医疗慈善协会将在2022年12月21日举行超度仪式，并在2022年12月22日进行出殡火化。
