【单身男子患上中风，恳请大众帮助】

冯志聪先生 (56岁, 中风病患)
冯先生原本是一位无病无痛的单身男子。年轻的时候，他十分努力地工作。他曾做过侍应，做过珠宝店员工和打扫工人等等。当时候的他计划着把每个月的收入好好存下来，以便晚年的时候可以自己独立安稳过下半生。
然而事与愿违，后来他突然患上了严重的中风。从此，他的生活发生了翻天覆地的变化。由于中风过后的后遗症，冯先生的行动变得十分不便。他无法自如地走动，也无法独立去工作。因此后来他唯有依靠自己年轻时存下来的积蓄应付各种巨大的医疗开销和生活费用。
然而日子久了，冯先生的积蓄也逐渐见底，面对沉重的医疗费用，他陷入了财务的困境。如今，他需要每周都到治疗中心接受物理治疗，其中还包括针灸、拉筋和电疗等等。此外，他还需要长期自费购买药物来缓解病情。
他渴望接受物理治疗并尽快把病况康复，但无奈的是没有能力负担得起巨额的开销。此外，由于本身无法驾驶，他如今连前往治疗中心都成问题，被迫需要另外花多一笔交通费用前往治疗。
如今，冯先生的身体状况每况愈下，加上本身无法工作，因此他每天都感到无比担忧和无助。最终，在毫无办法的情况下，他唯有委托我们英雄医疗慈善协会Hero Medical Charity Society (HMCS) 向大众招募以下费用：-
✅ 疗程费用 (RM1040/月)
RM1040 x 6 = RM6240
✅ 交通费用 (RM200/月)
RM200 x 6 = RM1200
✅ 生活开销 (RM500/月)
RM500 x 6 = RM3000
✅ 药物开销 (RM150/月)
RM150 x 6 = RM900

【Single Man Suffering From Stroke And Hopes For Public Help】

Mr Foong Chee Choong (56 years old, stroke patient)
Mr Foong was a single man without illness or pain before. When he was young, he was very hardworking. He ever worked as a waiter, a jewelry store employee and cleaner before. At that time, he planned to save his monthly income so that he could live the rest of his life independently and safely in his old age.
However, he suffered a massive stroke. Since then, his life has changed dramatically. Due to the after-effects of the stroke, his mobility has become very difficult. He could not move freely or work independently. Hence, he only can rely on the savings he had saved before to cover his huge medical expenses and living expenses.
Later, Mr Foong’s savings gradually bottomed out. Now, he is facing financial difficulties. He needs to go to the treatment center every week for physical therapy, which also includes acupuncture, stretching and electrotherapy. In addition, he also needs to pay for long-term out-of-pocket medication to alleviate the condition.
He is eager to undergo physiotherapy and recover as soon as possible, but is unable to afford the huge cost. In addition, since he cannot drive himself, he now has problems even getting to the treatment center, forcing him to spend an additional transportation fee to get to treatment.
Currently, Mr Foong’s health is deteriorating and he is unable to work, so he feels extremely worried and helpless every day. Finally, he asked to Hero Medical & Charity Society (HMCS) for help and we are hereby commissioned to organise donation activity from the public for the following expenses:-
✅ Treatment Expenses (RM520/month)
RM1040 x 6 = RM6240
✅ Transport Expenses (RM200/month)
RM200 x 6 = RM1200
✅ Living Expenses (RM500/month)
RM500 x 6 = RM3000
✅ Medical Expenses (RM150/month)
RM150 x 6 = RM900
