✅ Leong Ah Heng (67y/o, dialysis patient)
Mr Leong Ah Heng was once a resilient and optimistic elder. However, his life took a drastic turn due to an unexpected illness. In 2021, he developed a large abscess on his back. Although it was surgically removed at the time, his health began to deteriorate rapidly afterward. He was subsequently diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, respiratory difficulties, and kidney failure. Eventually, he faced the unfortunate need for dialysis to sustain his life.
Now, Mr Leong’s life depends on undergoing dialysis treatment three times a week, with each session being crucial to sustaining his life. However, the long-term cost of dialysis has become a significant financial burden for his family. Before his illness, Mr Leong worked as a furniture carpenter. After falling ill, his mobility became limited, and with frequent dialysis sessions, he was no longer able to work. He now relies entirely on his wife for care. Unfortunately, due to her limited education and she’s only a housewife, along with the need to care for Mr Leong, his wife was unable to support Mr Leong through work.
Over time, the family’s savings were gradually depleted. With no other options left, they finally decided to entrust us to raise the following expenses from the public: –
✅ Transportation Costs (RM300/month)
RM300 x 6 = RM1800
✅ Dialysis Costs (RM2400/month)
RM2400 x 6 = RM14400
✅ Utilities (RM150/month)
RM150 x 6 = RM900

✅ 梁亚兴（67岁，洗肾患者）
梁亚兴先生，今年67岁，原是一位坚强乐观的老人。然而，他的生活因为突如其来的病痛而彻底改变。2021年，他的后背患了一个大大的出脓伤口，尽管当时候已经执行切除手术，但他的健康状况从那时候起就开始急转直下。他先后被诊断出三高、呼吸困难以及肾功能失效等等的问题。后来，他更不幸地需要走到洗肾的地步。
如今，梁先生的生命依赖每周三次的洗肾治疗，每一次的治疗都是维持他生命的关键。然而，长期的洗肾费用对他来说是不小的负担。在没患病前，他原本是一名家具木工。后来患病后，因为行动能力不好，加上经常需要洗肾，他根本没法工作，仅能依靠妻子的照顾。妻子由于教育程度不高，之前也只是一名家庭主妇，加上需要照顾梁先生，因此后来妻子也无法靠工作维持生活。
日子久了，家里的积蓄也已经逐渐被消耗。最终，在各种巨大的医疗开销和生活开销的压力下，梁先生感到无比的压力和难过，唯有委托我们向大众招募以下费用：-
