【糖尿病妈妈失去左腿，恳请大众帮助】

翁春秀小姐 (39岁, 糖尿病OKU家庭主妇)
糖尿病，对于病者来说是一个极其痛苦的疾病。除了身体上承受的痛楚，医疗开销也是病患需要面对的一个重大经济负担。糖尿病其中之一的并发症会导致脚部的皮肤溃疡并迅速恶化，最后会严重到被迫截肢的地步。39岁的翁春秀小姐，就是其中一位需要截肢的糖尿病患者。
来自柔佛的翁小姐是一位健康极其不乐观的妇女。早前，她因为患上了先天性糖尿病，导致在年龄仅30多岁的时候就被迫截肢，从此失去了左腿。此外，由于糖尿病缘故，她的视网膜出现病变，左眼视力也仅剩下20%，很多东西都无法像正常人一样看得清楚。因此，她除了无法正常行走之外，看东西也是她目前困难的症状之一。
在身体状况如此不乐观的情况下，她其实还有两位女儿需要照顾和养育，两位女儿的年龄也仅仅13岁和9岁而已，还在读着中小学的阶段，并没有能力帮助妈妈解决生活上的经济困难。更令人感到负担的是，翁小姐如今必须每天都要清洗伤口，并且还需要注射胰岛素来控制身体内的血糖，否则病情将会恶化，甚至会严重到需要切除另一条腿来保命的地步。
由于翁小姐本身有视力和糖尿病等等的健康问题，加上行动能力也极其不便，而且还需要养育两位还读着书的女儿，因此她渐渐无法负担各种医疗和生活上的开销。如今，她的积蓄也所剩无几。因此，在毫无办法的情况下，她唯有委托我们英雄医疗慈善协会Hero Medical Charity Society (HMCS) 向大众招募以下费用：-

✅ 交通费用 (RM560/月)
RM600 x 6 = RM3360
✅ 胰岛素针头 (RM75/月)
RM75 x 6 = RM450
✅ 生活开销 (RM1200/月)

【Diabetic Mother Loses Left Leg And Hope for Everyone’s Help】

Ms Yoong Chun Siew (39 y/o, diabetic OKU housewife)
Diabetes is an excruciating condition for those afflicted. Apart from the physical pain, the medical expenses are a significant financial burden for patients. One of the complications of diabetes can lead to skin ulcers on the feet, rapidly deteriorating to the point where amputation becomes necessary. Ms. Yoong Chun Siew, 39 years old, is one such diabetic patient in need of amputation.
Ms. Yoong is a woman from Johor with an extremely bleak health outlook. Earlier on, she was forced to undergo amputation in her early thirties due to congenital diabetes, resulting in the loss of her left leg. Furthermore, due to diabetes-related complications, her retinas have deteriorated, leaving her with only 20% vision in her left eye. Many things are now difficult for her to see clearly. Therefore, in addition to her inability to walk, seeing is one of the symptoms of her current difficulties.
In such an unfavorable state of health, Ms. Yoong actually has two daughters to care for and raise. Her two daughters are only 13 and 9 years old, and they lack the means to assist their mother to overcome the financial difficulties. What’s even more burdensome is that Ms. Yoong now has to clean her wounds daily and administer insulin injections to control her blood sugar levels, as failure to do so could worsen her condition, and even need to cut another leg again.
Due to Ms. Yoong’s existing bad health’s situation, coupled with severe mobility limitations, and also need to take care of her daughters, she has gradually become unable to afford the various medical and everyday expenses. Now, her savings have dwindled to almost nothing. Hence, she asked to Hero Medical & Charity Society (HMCS) for help and we are hereby commissioned to organise donation activity from the public for the following expenses:-
✅ Wound cleaning expenses (RM280/month)
RM280 x 6 = RM1680
✅ Transportation costs (RM560/month)
RM600 x 6 = RM3360
✅ Insulin Injection (RM75/month)
RM75 x 6 = RM450
✅ Cost of living (RM1200/month)
RM1200 x 6 = RM7200
