【Mother is suffering greatly and the son, Mr Yee asked the public for help】

Mr Yee Kok Sheong (52 years old, labour worker)
Background of the case:
Mr Yee Kok Sheong, from Perlis has a mother (Ms Lim Tiu Sun) with severe diabetes. Due to various medical expenses and living expenses being extremely huge, he is now no longer able to bear everything, and can only hope that the public helps him through this difficulty, so that his mother’s condition can be improved.
A few years ago, because of diabetes, one of his mother’s feet had been rotten and had been amputated. At that time, he had to borrow money from friends and relatives to pay for the operation and various medical expenses, which are still not paid off. But now it starts to have another foot that is starting to rot, and needs to pay the medical expenses again. So he and his siblings felt hopeless and worried.
Mr Yee works as a labourer and he doesn’t have a fixed and stable income. He has a younger sister who is a housewife with no income, and also a younger brother who works as an air-con mechanic with low income. He0 has a girlfriend with cataracts who needs to be taken care of. Hence, all of them have their own difficulties to deal with.
His mother had been treated in the government hospital before. However, due to the government hospital treatment’s solution is to cut off his mother’s whole leg, and the risk is also high, hence they finally referred to the private diabetes centre in Sungai Petani for treatment. This is because the treatment solution for the private diabetes centre in Sungai Petani was to remove a little part of her mother’s foot.
His mother needs to visit the private treatment centre every day to clean her feet, open her veins and get antibiotics. The expenses of a few months’ treatment courses costs RM10k. In addition, they need to pay for petrol to travel from Perlis to Sungai Petani every day, and his mother also needs diapers and diabetic milk powder, so all kinds of expenses add up is really huge. Finally, he asked to Hero Medical & Charity Society (HMCS) for help and we are hereby commissioned to organise donation activity from the public for the following expenses:-
- Treatment Expenses (Wound Washing，Vascularization，Antibiotic）
RM10000
- Diapers (RM300 / month)
RM300 x 6 = RM1800
- Diabetic Milk Powder (RM150 / month)
Rm150 x 6 = RM900
- Petrol Expenses （RM500 / month）
RM500 x 6 = RM3000

【母亲深受病痛折磨，孝子余先生盼大众给予帮助】

余国雄先生 (52岁, 散工)
来自玻璃市的孝子余国雄有一位患了严重糖尿病的母亲（林绸春，73岁），因为各种医疗费用和生活开销极其巨大，孝顺的他如今已经没有能力负荷一切，只能盼望大众帮助他度过这个难关，好让母亲的状况能够好转。
在几年前，母亲已经因为糖尿病的原因而导致其中一只脚发烂，并且动过切除手术了。当时的手术费以及各种医疗开销都是靠亲戚朋友借钱回来还的，至今都仍然还没还完负债，现在却轮到另一只脚开始发烂，又需要一笔费用来治疗。因此，他和弟妹们都感到无助绝望，日夜忧虑不安。
余先生是一名散工，没有固定的工作，因此经济状况不是很稳定。他还有一个妹妹和弟弟，妹妹是一位没有收入的家庭主妇，而弟弟则是一名冷气维修工，收入微薄，目前还有一位患了白内障的女友需要照顾，因此弟妹们都有各自的困难需要应付。
他的母亲早期曾经也在政府医院接受过治疗，但是由于政府医院的诊断方案是需要切除母亲的整只脚，并且风险也蛮高，因此他们后来决定转去位于双溪大年的私人糖尿病治疗中心医治，毕竟这间私人治疗中心的治疗方案也只是需要切除母亲的一部分脚掌而已，所以他和弟妹们最终决定让母亲在私人治疗中心医治。
如今，他母亲需要每天去双溪大年的私人治疗中心进行脚伤口清洗，通血管和打抗生素等等的疗程。而这个长达几个月的疗程也需要花费RM10千。此外，他们每天还需要花费从玻璃市来回双溪大年的车油费，再加上母亲日常也需要用到尿片和糖尿病奶粉等等，因此各种生活开销加起来真的不小。最终，在经济压力极大的情况下，他唯有委托我们英雄医疗慈善协会Hero Medical Charity Society (HMCS) 向大众招募以下费用及物资：-
✅ 疗程费用（洗伤口，通血管，打抗生素）
RM10000
✅ 尿片 （RM300 / 月）
RM300 x 6 = RM1800
✅ 糖尿病奶粉 (RM150 / 月）
RM150 x 6 = RM900
✅ 汽油费 （RM500 / 月）
RM500 x 6 = RM3000
