Case Number 1012 :
A single mother from a small village in Ipoh – Tan Jia Yee has twin baby boys.
The twin are in urgent need of medical supplies, formula milk , diapers and physiotherapy.
Single mother from Ipoh , Tan Jia Yee (30 years old), has twin baby boys (3 years old), brother Lee Yun Yong and brother Lee Yun Yuan. She thought she would be able to raise her two children on her own and live the rest of her life with peace of mind, but who could have predicted that both her brother’s and her brother’s health would fail.
His suffering from Intraparenchymal hemorrhage have prevented him from lying down, turning over, crawling or even sitting up like other babies at this age. As a result of the Intraparenchymal hemorrhage, Yong Yong’s reflexes are slow and he is often unable to give simple responses. He also had problems swallowing food and had to drink formula for nutrition. Prior to this, her mother had tried to give him some complementary foods, but he could easily choke on it.
His younger brother, Yuan Yuan , was born with a hormone deficiency and has thyroid that requires regular follow-up medication. He has a mild form of autism and is still unable to speak, so he needs speech therapy. During the home visit, his mother said she had neglected Yuan Yuan because his brother needs his mother’s more attention.
It is not easy to take care of two sick babies on her own, and she cannot leave his two child to work. But his aunt salary is needed to subsidize the family’s expenses. In addition, the grandma is a long-term kidney dialysis patient, all the expenses have made them unbearable.
The medical expenses of the two babies are definitely an added burden to the family. Hero Medical & Charity Society ( HMCS ) is hereby entrusted to raise funds for them.

来自怡保小村的单亲母亲 – 陈鎵仪育有一对可爱的双胞胎男宝。
双胞胎男宝宝急需进行医疗用品，奶粉尿片与物理治疗费用。
来自怡保小村的单亲妈妈 陈鎵仪 （30岁） 育有一对可爱的双胞胎男宝宝（3岁）哥哥 李运永与弟弟 李运远 。妈妈原以为能独立抚养两个孩子，安心地过好接下来的日子，但谁又能预料到哥哥和弟弟的健康都出现了状况。
哥哥小永的脑细胞出血、脊椎骨畸形导致他出世至今都无法平躺，也无法像其他同龄宝宝一样翻身，爬甚至坐立，病情甚比小儿麻痹症更为严重。脑细胞出血导致小永 反应会迟钝 也常常无法给予简单的回应。小永肺气管功能比较弱 吞咽功能也有问题无法吞咽食物 只能喝奶粉补充营养 。在此之前 鎵仪妈妈有尝试给予小永简单辅食 但小永连吃粥都很容易呛到。
弟弟小远则天生缺失荷尔蒙，并且患有大颈包，需要定时复诊吃药。弟弟患有轻微的自闭症 至今还不会说话 ，目前需要语言治疗。 或许因为哥哥长期需要妈妈悉心照料 在家访的时候 妈妈也哽咽说自己有忽略掉小远 。
独自照顾两个生病的宝宝实属不易，妈妈根本无法抽身出门工作，家里唯一的经济来源来自小姨，她在村里的一所杂货店打工。但小姨一份工资需要补贴家里的柴米油盐、灯火油蜡等等开销，再加上老母亲是长期洗肾病患，种种开销都已经让他们无可负荷。
两个宝宝的医疗费用对这个家庭而言，无疑是雪上加霜。特此委托Hero Medical & Charity Society ( HMCS ) 英雄医疗慈善协会向大众筹募。
